Hold the eye and engage the mind.

New York based artist, Regina Dueño, is passionate about creative expression. Her art draws inspiration from various cultures, nature, science, spirituality and art history.

Her love of art began during her early days, growing up in the East Village, NYC. During those days, the underground culture of punk rock, graffiti and tattoos saturated Regina's visual environment and thus influenced her artistic style. Growing up in the mecca of creative expression, galvanized Regina's artistic path.

Regina's artistic journey led her to the Katonah Museum of Art. There, she started out as a gallery attendant and soon after was promoted to assistant visitor services coordinator, and then to development officer. While at The Museum, Regina's knowledge of art history deepened as she gained experience in visitor services, graphic design, fundraising and organizing events.

Next, she worked at Benchmark Education Publishing as a Production Artist. Here, Regina got the opportunity to showcase her artistic talents. Her illustrations were published in several books.

Regina exhibits her paintings and illustrations in art shows and galleries throughout the Hudson Valley.
